TOSHNIWAL EQUITY SERVICES PRIVATES LIMITED has been incorporated as a private limited company on 30^th December 2005 under ROC Regn. No U-67120-MH2005-PTC-15847 with the objective of taking up memberships of stock exchanges and to carry on the business of dealing in securities.

The company had been promoted by Mr. Shankerlal Toshniwal & Mr. Jaykumar Toshniwal who were also partners of M/s. Toshniwal & Co which is a trading-cum-clearing member of NSE on cash segment since 1994 and trading member of NSE on the derivatives segment since 2000. TESPL has taken over the securities business of Toshniwal & Co on NSE after seeking approvals of NSE, SEBI and BSE.

The above arrangements enabled the company to offer One Shop Services for BSE and NSE.

Mr. Jaykumar Toshniwal has been Director at national level of Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI) and committee member at the WIRC of ANMI for several years.
