SEBI has mandated an online dispute resolution mechanism for investors which is outlined in SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023 amended by SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/135 dated August 04, 2023 and subsequent amendments from time to time.  Investors are requested to avail of such mechanisms to get their disputes resolved.
